EcomExperts is a Shopify Plus development agency building high-performance e-commerce experiences for fast growing brands. As a Product Designer, I worked with account managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, conversion-focused web and mobile experiences across multiple brands.

I was responsible for driving conversion improvements across Shopify stores by conducting CRO audits and analyzing heatmaps and user behavior data. These data were used to create user-centered design solutions that balanced user and business goals. I created and maintained scalable design systems across multiple Shopify brands, built reusable UI components to accelerate delivery, and produced clear, developer-ready documentation for efficient handoff and implementation. I also contributed to client proposals by recommending conversion-led design directions backed by data and best practices.

Working in a Shopify Plus Development agency meant designing for multiple brands at once, each with different timelines and business goals. Every project required moving fast while staying consistent and flexible, in close collaboration with developers and account managers

Common challenges included inconsistent UI patterns, fragmented handoff processes, and evolving client requirements, all of which could slow delivery and impact conversion performance if left unaddressed.

To address this, I focused on building clear, user-centered interfaces supported by reusable systems. I used wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to align stakeholders early, then refined web and mobile experiences using behavioral insights and business priorities. I also helped establish shared design systems with reusable components and patterns.

By defining clear UI patterns and streamlining design–development handoff, we shipped faster without sacrificing quality. The result was a more scalable design process, stronger cross-team collaboration, and Shopify experiences that were easier to maintain, quicker to launch, and optimized for conversion.
